You will champion brand philosophy and excellence across touchpoints, leveraging CRM data and proactive outreach to meet individual and team sales targets.

The role requires a passion for luxury, exceptional customer service, and English fluency; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury retail and client experience.
• Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
• Commercial mindset and results orientation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Place the Client at the center of every interaction, delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
• Achieve individual sales and KPI targets while contributing to the store's success.
• Build and develop a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling activities.
• Capture and maintain accurate CRM information to support client development initiatives.
• Develop and retain clients through appointments, follow-up and personalised outreach.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and VICs.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, brand history, culture and DNA.
• Promote cross-category selling opportunities to maximise client satisfaction and business performance.
• Utilise digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
• Support daily operational activities and collaborate with Front and Back of House teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.
• Foster open communication and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
