Job summary

Jobtailor Roermond is seeking a luxury customer service professional to deliver extraordinary experiences and place the customer at the center. You will exceed sales targets, demonstrate product knowledge, capture data in the CRM, and promote an Omni Channel approach. You’ll work closely with Back of House to resolve client issues and deepen client relationships.

Fluency in English and experience in luxury or premium brands are required, with ability to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
• Understanding of luxury customer service
• Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients
• Being able to work in a team as well as alone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience
• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment
• Be driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance
• Demonstrate excellence knowledge of the products as well as Prada history
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset
• Build and maintain knowledge of the world of luxury fashion
• Take ownership of resolving Client complaints
• Work in synergy with the Back of House
