Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of sales and the achievement of common sale objectives.
• Welcome and advise customers and provide the best customer service.
• Share the story behind products and deliver expertise to customers.
• Be proactive by proposing complementary products.
• Build lasting relationships to recruit and retain customers.
• Be actively part of the store's operational life: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management.
• Control and respect internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the digital evolution of the house.
• Be a great ambassador of CELINE and the group.
