Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Counter Manager in driving and monitoring business performance using KPIs and sales indicators.
• Contribute to team management by coaching, setting objectives, and fostering engagement.
• Deliver exceptional client experience by selling Dior products using the D.I.O.R. service method and achieving personal sales targets.
• Co-lead clienteling and CRM initiatives to recruit new clients and strengthen loyalty.
• Support launch plans, in-store events, and commercial animations to maximize performance.
• Oversee counter operations in the absence of the Counter Manager, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Assist in stock management, visual merchandising, scheduling, and admin follow-up.
