Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Beauty Consultant to enhance in-store and remote client experiences. You will lead personal shopping experiences, demonstrate beauty products, and deliver exceptional service while supporting counter operations and visual merchandising.

You will apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony across the client journey, build loyalty, and help achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Knowledge of CRM and digital tools
• Experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is a plus
• Passion for luxury client experience desired

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper
• Apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the client journey
• Initiate contact with clients, welcome them, and proactively engage (traffic stopping)
• Identify and understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions
• Demonstrate products and deliver services with excellence
• Propose complementary products and develop cross-selling
• Communicate passionately about the brand and product universe
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly KPIs
• Build long-term relationships with clients in-store and remotely
• Recruit new clients through authentic and personalized interactions
• Capture and update client data in CRM systems
• Execute clienteling actions using Dior tools (Dior Connect, iPOS)
• Drive loyalty and repeat business
• Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied at all times
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and visual excellence of the counter
• Execute operational and administrative tasks
• Build strong relationships with retail partners
• Respect company policies, grooming standards, and procedures
