Ask Phill is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Lunch & Office Manager. We are a diverse and international team with a shared passion for food. In this role, you'll be the heart of our office, crafting warm lunches for approximately 20 people daily, while also ensuring our workspace runs smoothly. You will be preparing delicious and nutritious meals to ensure the team is well-fed and full of energy. Your passion for cooking shines through, and your ability to whip up healthy meals becomes a cornerstone of our office culture.

This multifaceted position combines culinary skills with office management and HR support. You'll prepare delicious and nutritious meals to keep our team energized, maintain our office environment, manage equipment needs, and assist with various HR tasks. Your passion for cooking and organizational abilities will become cornerstones of our office culture.

This could be an excellent role for someone interested in developing their career in HR while also utilizing their passion for food and organization. You'll have the opportunity to learn HR fundamentals in a hands-on environment with proper guidance and support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious and nutritious lunches each weekday, bringing smiles and satisfaction to our team
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and provides a positive work environment
• Take charge of stocking our office with food, snacks, and beverages, keeping our kitchen full and our team well-nourished.
• Be the warm, welcoming face of Ask Phill for all guests.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of laptops and other IT equipment for team members
• Support HR activities such as onboarding procedures, team events, and administrative tasks
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive company culture

• Salary range: € 2.500 - € 3.100 based on 40 hours (depending on level of expertise).

Job Requirements

• Have a passion for cooking, vegetarian & non-vegetarian, and take joy in preparing meals that bring the team together
• Curiosity to try new flavours, while creating delicious, healthy food
• Available Monday to Friday
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Reliable and punctual, especially for daily lunch preparation
• Happy to work in an open-feedback environment, where you’ll learn and develop your skills.
