Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join a vibrant hotel kitchen in Amsterdam. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining food safety standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume kitchens, strong cooking techniques, and a team-oriented attitude. Relocation support is available for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• A flexible team player with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working in a structured, multicultural kitchen team.
• Open to relocation (temporary housing support available).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard in your assigned section.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all meals and service periods.
• Support senior chefs in the daily running of the kitchen.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met at all times.
• Contribute to stock control, waste management, and daily prep.
• Work effectively during busy periods, including service for large groups.
• Collaborate with colleagues across kitchen sections and support junior staff.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a vibrant and fast-paced hotel. You’ll be working alongside experienced chefs in a kitchen that caters to both à la carte and banqueting services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef to refine their craft, contribute ideas to menus, and be part of a supportive international team. Only candidates with the right to work in the EU will be considered for this role.
