Hilton Amsterdam is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive revenue in group reservations, conferences and events from the rooftop bar LuminAir and hotel facilities.

You will engage with guests to secure repeat business, convert inquiries, and push upsell opportunities while promoting Hilton's global perks and discounts. A dynamic, service-focused atmosphere awaits in a central Amsterdam location.

Responsibilities

Who are we looking for / What will you do?

This Position Includes The Following Main Duties

• Maximize revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences and events in our rooftop bar LuminAir by driving sales leads and increasing conversions
• You will interact extensively with guests and clients with the intent of earning repeat and extension business.
• Receive and convert inbound inquiries to achieve goals and maximize revenue
• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
• Arrange and execute hotel show tours
• Participate in hotel promotional activities

Who Are We Looking For

• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
• Confident telephone manner
• Demonstrated work experience in a sales environment
• The perfect candidate will be fluent in English (Dutch language skills are an advantage).
