Job summary

Versado in Venlo is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to direct loading, unloading and storage of goods, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with drivers and other departments to optimize processes and support quality control.

You will actively manage inventory, assist with planning, and drive continuous improvements in day-to-day logistics activities while maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach across teams.

Qualifications

• MBO level education in logistics is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within logistics.
• Valid forklift certificate and EPT certificate required.
• Experience with logistics management and VBS systems.
• Good command of English; Polish/Dutch/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage logistics employees and perform logistics tasks under the Head of Logistics.
• Oversee loading, unloading and storage of orders from trucks, containers, and other goods.
• Interact with drivers and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Scan, split pallets, and make small adjustments to orders as needed.
• Identify improvements to optimize activities within the logistics department.
