Job summary

BYD Europe BV, based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist to optimize logistics systems and digital solutions across Europe. The role sits at the intersection of logistics, technology, and data, collaborating with IT, business teams, partners, and across countries.

You will translate business needs into practical system improvements, analyze processes for automation, support UAT and rollouts, and develop dashboards while ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, business systems, or digitalization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with systems such as TMS, WMS, SAP, CRM, or MES.
• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digital solutions.
• Translating business needs into practical system and process improvements.
• Analyzing logistics processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Supporting UAT, issue resolution, and system rollouts.
• Monitoring logistics KPIs and using data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Developing reports and dashboards and ensuring data quality.
• Supporting operational teams with system, process, and data-related topics.
