Job summary

Johnson Controls in the Netherlands is seeking a Transportation Analyst Europe to drive transportation performance across European warehouses and manufacturing sites. You will analyze data, optimize logistics operations, and deliver data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HBO level).
Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Analyze transportation data from multiple sources to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor carrier performance and conduct root cause analysis to address service and operational issues.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transportation performance.
Act as an escalation point for operational transportation challenges.
Support carrier onboarding activities, transportation compliance audits, and RFQ processes.
Serve as the primary contact for our external freight audit and payment provider.
