Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for customer supply chain needs within the organization. This role involves managing end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvements to meet market demands and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main Supply Chain contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Translate customer needs into actionable supply chain plans, aligning with internal teams across sales, customer care, and logistics.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on logistics performance at the customer level, using insights to support fact-based decision-making.
• Lead and collaborate on improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, service quality, and sustainability.
• Develop and negotiate logistics framework agreements, ensuring effective order management, returns, complaints, and communication.
• Support broader supply chain projects, contributing to organizational optimization and adapting to market and customer demands.
• Manage supply chain changes and implementations, supporting strategic goals and market development activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management within FMCG or retail sectors.
• Proven experience working with external stakeholders and a strong ability to quickly establish rapport.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes including warehousing, forecasting, and order management.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment; results-oriented and persistent.

Other Information:

This is a temporary role from 1 September to 30 June, filling in for a colleague on a short-term project. It is not suitable for freelancers. The successful candidate must be able to quickly learn internal and external stakeholder needs and possess experience working with external partners. The role involves both supply chain coordination and some elements of sales support, with a focus on forecasting, warehousing, and operational support.
