OneSolution is seeking an ambitious Account Manager in the Netherlands to drive end-to-end client acquisition and account development in logistics staffing. You will build deep industry connections, manage relationships across the Netherlands, and operate in a hybrid model with regular client visits.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Temporary Staffing / Labor Dispatch (Uitzendbureau / Detachering).
• Deep existing network in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain industries.
• Business fluent in English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to drive for client meetings.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client acquisition and account development across the Netherlands.
• Target, pitch, and acquire mid-to-large enterprise clients in logistics, supply chain, and warehousing.
• Manage client relationships and tailor flexible workforce solutions.
• Conduct frequent in-person client visits across the country and negotiate contracts.
