Jobster in Tilburg zoekt een transportplanner die zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van orders en transportplanningen. Je stemt af met vervoerders, magazijn en externe partners om zendingen efficiënt te plannen en problemen snel op te lossen.

Je verwerkt klantorders, beheert voorraad en houdt kosten bij. Een fulltime positie met een 40-urige werkweek, reiskostenvergoeding en een aantrekkelijke verlofregeling maakt dit een interessante kans.

Qualifications

• Fluente beheersing van Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).

Responsibilities

• Plan transport schedules in overleg met vervoerders en boek zendingen efficiënt.
• Verwerk klantorders en volg ze in het systeem op voor nauwkeurigheid.
• Communiceer met het magazijn over voorraadbeheer en met externe partijen zoals leveranciers en vervoerders.
• Houd transportkosten bij en maak wekelijks en maandelijks rapportages voor transparantie.
• Los ad-hoc issues op en draag bij aan het optimaliseren van logistieke operaties.

What You Will Do:

• Plan: transport schedules in coordination with carriers and book shipments efficiently;
• Process: customer orders and follow up on them in the system to ensure accuracy;
• Communicate: with the warehouse about inventory management and external parties like suppliers and carriers;
• Track: transport costs and prepare weekly and monthly reports to maintain transparency;
• Resolve: ad-hoc issues and contribute to optimizing logistics operations for better efficiency.
