Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Logistiek Reception & Expeditie Medewerker om de goederenontvangst soepel te laten verlopen. Je behandelt chauffeurs, controleert leveringsdocumenten en registreert zendingen in een dynamische magazijnomgeving. Je laadt en lost vrachtwagens, verzamelt urgente zendingen en rijdt indien nodig met elektrische palletwagens of heftruck.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Engels (spreken en schrijven).
• Computervaardigheden (bijv. Microsoft Office 365).
• Eerdere ervaring met operationele heftruck/EPT, certificering gewenst.
• Nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor details.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangen van chauffeurs, controleren van documenten en registreren van zendingen.
• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en ophalen van urgente zendingen uit andere afdelingen.
• Bedienen van elektrische of heftrucks indien nodig.
• Algemene orde en organisatie van het magazijn behouden.
• Kantoorbenodigdheden beheren die nodig zijn voor dagelijks werk.

Over de functie

As a Logistics Reception & Expedition Worker, you will be responsible for handling drivers, checking delivery documents, and loading and unloading trucks in the receiving department. Your work is essential for the smooth flow of goods and the proper organization of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving drivers, checking documents, and registering shipments
• Loading and unloading trucks, as well as collecting urgent shipments from other departments
• Operating electric or forklift trucks when needed
• Maintaining order and organizing the warehouse
• Taking care of office supplies needed for daily work

Working hours:The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00
