Job summary

DHL Freight zoekt een logistiek medewerker in Houten, met focus op laden/lossen, inspectie en verwerken van zendingen. Je werkt met een Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) en levert nauwkeurig werk in een dynamische teamomgeving.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaar voor flexibele diensten, 8-24 uur per week.
• Fysiek in staat tot tillen tot 20 kg.
• Ervaring met Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) gewenst.
• Woonachtig in of nabij Houten.
• Op oproep/ nul-uren contracten mogelijk.

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens op de terminal om de operaties soepel te laten verlopen.
• Inspecteren, scannen en verwerken van zendingen met precisie.
• Bedienen van een Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) om goederen veilig te verplaatsen in het magazijn.
• Samenwerken met collega's om zendingen efficiënt en nauwkeurig af te handelen.
• Alle veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures volgen.

As a logistics employee at DHL Freight in Houten, you’ll be an essential part of the team ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and reach their destinations on time. This role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, combining physical tasks with the use of equipment like an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT). Your responsibilities as Logistics Employee include:

• Loading and unloading trucks at the terminal to keep operations running smoothly.
• Inspecting, scanning, and processing shipments with precision and care.
• Operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) to move goods safely within the warehouse.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Following all safety and quality procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Available shifts:

• Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and/or 12:30 AM - 6:00 AM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and/or 12:30 AM - 6:00 AM
• Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and/or 12:30 AM - 6:00 AM
