Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Staging Packer die zorgt voor nauwkeurige inspectie, correcte verpakking en juiste labeling van orders. Je werkt in een snel team met aandacht voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid in een dynamische warehouse-omgeving.

De functie vereist basislogistieke kennis en Engelse taalvaardigheid. Certificering voor EPT/heftruck is mogelijk via ons initiatief. Een fulltime dienstverband met ploegendiensten hoort erbij en biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Basiskennis en ervaring in logistiek.
• Goede communicatie in het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
• Computervaardigheden (TMS-systemen zoals SAP en MS Office 365).
• Ervaring met elektrisch pallettruck en/of stapelaar, certifiëring mogelijk.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van artikelen op kwaliteit en schade voor verzending.
• Verpakken en correct labelen van producten.
• Melden van beschadigde, ontbrekende of verkeerde artikelen in het systeem.
• Verplaatsen van verpakte goederen naar staging of dock-gebied met EPT of stapelaar.

As a Staging Packer you are playing a key role in delivering quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring every order is accurately inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment. Join a fast-paced logistics team where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help keep operations running smoothly and customers happy. Your key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting items for quality, accuracy, and damage before packing
• Packing products safely and apply correct labels
• Reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect items in the system
• Moving packed goods to the staging or dock area using EPT or stacker

Working hours:

Working hours: The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

After a few weeks, your schedule also includes weekend work.

• Gross monthly salary: € 2.2721 - € 2.927
• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% pay for work Monday to Friday between 18:00–00:00
• 150% pay on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays
