Over de functie

As a Forklift operator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods at our modern terminal in Houten. Your day‑to‑day tasks will involve a mix of physical and logistical activities, including loading and unloading trucks, moving goods within the warehouse, and ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. Working in a 3‑shift system, you’ll collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues to meet tight schedules and maintain high standards of quality. This role requires a valid forklift certificate, physical fitness, and a proactive attitude to keep up with the dynamic pace of the logistics industry.

What You Will Do:

• Loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Moving goods within the warehouse using a forklift and other tools.
• Scanning and checking shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organizing and securing goods to ensure safe transport.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow in a 3‑shift system.

These are shifts from 07:00-15:30, 16:00-00:30 and 23:00-07:30
