Job summary

GE HealthCare in Eindhoven seeks a Logistics Specialist 3PL to oversee daily logistics, ensure safety and on-time delivery, and drive process improvements. You’ll work with SAP, ERP systems, and cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role involves creating SOPs, tracking KPIs, coordinating transports to hospitals worldwide, and leading continuous improvement initiatives with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in complex logistics and/or project management.
• Experience with air freight and ADR/IATA/GDP is an advantage.
• Experience with an ERP package, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is not mandatory but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize logistics processes prioritizing safety, quality, delivery reliability and cost efficiency.
• Act as SAP key user and contribute to ERP process optimization.
• Create and update SOPs and procedures meeting GDP standards.
• Create and monitor KPIs and quality/reports; support audits.
• Plan and coordinate transport to hospitals worldwide and liaise with QA, CS, Shipping and Production.
