Job summary

Swapfiets is seeking a Logistics Lead in Delft (Den Hoorn Warehouse) to drive the logistics operations for (E-) bikes across warehouses and stores.

You will ensure accurate inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory readiness, and efficient spare parts handling, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge about bikes, e-bikes, cars or anything related.
• Affinity with cycling, mobility, sustainability and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and deliveries of (E-) bikes between warehouse and store locations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading/unloading and documentation.
• Unpack, clean and prepare inventory of (E-) bikes for Ready-to-Go status.
• Prepare spare parts and manage store fleet parts and orders.
• Keep warehouse vehicles organized and clean; manage tools and keys.
• Support maintenance, cleaning, organization and storage tasks in the warehouse.
• Organize spare keys and battery management; assist with key logistics.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound flow and special cases (location, status, keys).
• Handle waste management within the logistics process.

How you pedal us forward!

• Manage the logistics and deliveries of the (E-)Bikes between the warehouse and the store locations based on the planning of the Logistics Department at HQ.


• Oversee inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading and unloading of (E-)Bikes from trucks (incl. proper documentation and waste disposal);


• Unpacking, cleaning and making the inventory (E-)Bikes Ready-to-Go;


• Preparation of spare parts including unpacking/checking parts deliveries, and taking care of spare parts for retail stores and fleet.


• Keep the vehicle representative (holding tools complete, cleaning and washing the truck)


• Helps with up-keeping, cleaning, handling, storing and organization tasks within Warehouse;


• Management keys, including ordering and organizing spare keys + battery management


• Organizing broken inflow and pre-organizing B(E-)Bikes for mechanics and take care of special cases (status (HOK)/location (HOK)/without key/etc.);


• Responsible for waste management.

Available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week on weekdays;

Understand and speak English and/or Dutch;

Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
