Job summary

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) / Artsen zonder Grenzen in the Netherlands seeks a Logistics Service Provider Referent for an 8-month cover (1 December 2026–31 July 2027) to coordinate ESC-APU activities. You will interface with LSPs, analysts, and quality teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.

You will oversee KPIs, rate cards, and the commercial relationship while collaborating with regional hubs in Kenya and India.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably GDP or regulated environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and take decisions in a dynamic setting.
• Experience with contracts and rate cards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and steer Warehouse and Transport LSP performance, incl. contractual setup and KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement with LSPs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support ESC-APU operational teams in escalation and capacity planning.
• Maintain inbound/outbound rate cards and ensure data availability in TMS.
• Manage day-to-day commercial relationship: invoicing, claims, follow-up.
