Job summary

Artsen zonder Grenzen is seeking a Logistics Service Provider Referent to oversee warehouse and transport performance for MSF-OCA projects in the Netherlands. You will coordinate with ESC-APU, data analysts, and the quality unit to ensure efficient LSP operations and continuous improvement across multiple regions.

The role requires strong logistics experience, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive cost-effective capacity planning in a dynamic humanitarian setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with international transports and rate cards.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and steer warehouse and transport LSP performance, incl. contractual setup and KPI monitoring.
• Lead continuous improvement processes with LSPs across internal teams.
• Manage escalation and warehouse emergency capacity as needed.
• Support RFQ-driven onboarding of inbound transport LSPs and new providers.
• Contribute to defining setups between ESC-APU and regional hubs.
