Job summary

Arvato invites applications for a Project Manager to lead logistics implementation projects in a dynamic, international 3PL environment. You will drive initiatives from initial concept through go-live, coordinating operations, engineering and IT while managing automation and systems integration.

You will work with senior stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget, reporting to the Head of Logistics Engineering in Gennep.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or logistics field.
• At least 5 years of implementation project experience in large 3PL warehouses.
• Experience with Prince2 project management methodologies.
• Experience with warehouse mechanization or IT integrations is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.
• Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from start to go-live for warehouses.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and workstreams.
• Monitor project scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify and manage operational, technical and commercial risks.
• Report to steering committee and liaise with customers.
