As a Logistics Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing warehouse operations. Working alongside Site Engineers, Business Information Analysts, and Data Analysts, you'll help identify opportunities for improvement, translate data into actionable insights, and drive projects that directly influence performance across the operation.

You’ll work in a day shift position and partner closely with operational stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to see the results of your ideas in practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data and performance trends to support informed decision-making.
• Design and map warehouse processes, layouts, and operational workflows.
• Lead and support the implementation of new processes and improvements.
• Drive Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and waste reduction projects.
• Develop business cases and recommendations that contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
