Job summary

Boeva Tech is hiring a Dutch Logistics & Delivery Advisor to support European customers from Sofia, with relocation included. You will handle Dutch and English inquiries and coordinate with delivery partners in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires Dutch C1 and English B2, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Training is provided, and the relocation package covers housing and travel.

About the Role

Are you a customer-focused problem solver with excellent Dutch and English skills? Looking for an international career opportunity with relocation support? Join our Logistics & Delivery team in Sofia and play a key role in ensuring a seamless delivery experience for customers across Europe.

As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, helping with delivery tracking, scheduling, and issue resolution while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in Dutch and English.




• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, rescheduling, and logistics-related requests.




• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient service.




• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.




• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions using internal systems.

What We're Looking For

• Dutch: C1 level or higher.




• English: B2 level or higher.




• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.




• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.




• Previous customer service or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.




• Availability to work Monday–Saturday, on rotating shifts between 08:00 and 21:00.

Gross Monthly Salary

Working Schedule

• Monday – Saturday
