Streamline Global Delivery & Customer Experience in a hybrid setup invites a Logistics & Delivery Advisor to Sofia. You will handle customer inquiries about delivery status, lost shipments, and order tracking, using Dutch and English to assist customers.

This role offers €1,690 gross per month, hybrid flexibility with 1 week in the office per month, and a fully supported relocation package to Bulgaria, plus 3 weeks onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English.
• Good organizational skills and customer-first focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Phone and Email regarding delivery tracking and claims.
• Liaise with courier networks to resolve lost or delayed shipments efficiently.
