Job summary

Hyundai GLOVIS Europe GmbH is establishing a new Finished Vehicle Logistics location at the Port of Amsterdam. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and availability for daily operations while collaborating with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have an HBO-level qualification, 3+ years in reporting or data analysis, and strong Excel/Tableau skills. The position may be offered at Junior Specialist or Specialist level, with responsibilities spanning

• Maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking; keep system documentation up to date.

Job description

Your mission

Join our Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) division and help support our new location at the Port of Amsterdam.

In this role, you will help make sure logistics data is accurate, up to date, and available when needed. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, carriers, and other teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You enjoy working with data, solving problems, and finding ways to improve processes. You will monitor performance, investigate data issues, support reporting, and help improve the flow of information across the business.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, this position may be offered at either Junior Specialist or Specialist level.

Your Responsibilities

Data Management

• Monitor the daily flow of information between customers, carriers, and partners
• Ensure vehicle movements, delivery updates, and key milestones are recorded correctly
• Perform regular data checks and correct any errors or missing information
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve data issues

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Keep process and system documentation up to date
• Support the testing and implementation of new systems and business partners

Business Support

• Be the first point of contact for data and reporting-related questions
• Provide information and support to colleagues for day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with IT and external partners to resolve system or data issues

Your profile

• HBO degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or KPI tracking
• Good Excel skills and experience with logistics systems (TMS, ERP, Tableau)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work with different teams and solve operational issues
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Dutch and/or German is a plus, but not required
• Able to travel independently to the Port of Amsterdam
