Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the European road transport industry.
• Experience with a 3PL, freight forwarder, or transport company.
• Familiar with Benelux, German, and broader European transport markets.
• Long-term career in Dutch logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operational coordination of transport for key customers.
• Track transport execution to ensure service quality and timeliness.
• Independently handle transport exceptions, delays and complaints.
• Coordinate resources among customers, warehouses and transport suppliers.
• Continuously optimize transport operating processes and service experience.
