Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support our global logistics and storage services via World Courier Holland B.V. You will supervise daily transportation, coordinate flows, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years in logistics, with Dutch and English proficiency. This on-site role offers opportunities to improve supply chain performance and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business administration, engineering, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, distribution, or related field.
• Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity.
• Advanced English language skills – Dutch native or professional proficiency; relevant certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site and flexible hours as required.
• Ability to lead by example and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team leadership and workload coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely, compliant, and secure movement of materials, products, and medical samples.
• Coordinates transportation activities, distribution flows, and service execution to support continuity of supply and product integrity.
• Prioritizes logistics activities, resources, and daily issues to align service needs with risk and cost objectives.
• Monitors transportation performance, asset utilization, and tracking data for visibility and day-to-day decisions.
• Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements across transportation and handling activities.
• Recommends process, system, and partner improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and control.
• Leads team performance and workload alignment to ensure consistent execution of priorities.
