Job summary

CloudScaler Technologies in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for our distribution center. You will lead, coach and motivate a team of 15-30 employees, ensuring goods are processed safely, accurately and efficiently.

You will monitor quality, safety and productivity, address bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining clear communication on the floor and acting as Unit Leader in the absence of your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or strong ambition to grow into a leadership role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in a busy warehouse environment.
• Fluent Dutch language required.

Are you a decisive team player with natural leadership skills and a passion for logistics? As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations within the distribution center.

You will lead, coach and motivate a team of 15-30 employees, while ensuring that goods are processed safely, accurately and according to quality and productivity standards.

What Will You Do?

• Lead, supervise and motivate a team of 15-30 employees.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity and KPIs.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and disruptions.
• Coach employees and support their professional development.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe workplace.
• Act as Unit Leader in their absence.
• Stay actively involved in daily warehouse operations, from goods receipt to shipment.
• Maintain a visible presence on the work floor and ensure clear communication.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience working in a logistics/warehouse environment.
• MBO working and thinking level, preferably in logistics.
• Demonstrable leadership experience or strong ambition to grow into a leadership role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Strong command of the Dutch language
• Practical, hands-on approach.
• Solution-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Flexible and able to respond quickly to changing operational situations.
