DSV in Moerdijk is looking for a Customer Services Supervisor to lead a busy team serving national and international brands. You will own day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

You will monitor processes, resolve issues, and conduct monthly client reviews via phone, Teams or onsite in Moerdijk. KPI reports will be prepared and discussed with the operations manager, supporting continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Affinity with logistics and transport is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Positive, enthusiastic personality with team motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the customer service team.
• Coach, motivate and support your team daily in their development.
• Deliver on customer agreements and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Prepare KPI reports and discuss them with the operations manager.
