Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Venray location. You will be the first point of contact for customers, informing them about goods flow status and handling administrative processing. You will liaise with warehouse and customers to tackle challenges and maintain accurate data and KPIs.

Responsibilities include overseeing order handling, document processing, and ensuring timely, accurate communication. A dynamic team and LEAN-minded improvements await.

Qualifications

• Experience in service-oriented work and customer contact.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• MS Excel proficiency and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor order handling by warehouse team.
• Prepare, process and check required documents per guidelines.
• Manage administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, KPIs).
• Maintain good customer relationships with timely information and regular contact.
• Participate in LEAN improvement projects (5S, Kaizen).
