Our client is a leading biotechnology organization specializing in the manufacturing of advanced cell therapy products. To support continued growth, they are looking for GMP Logistics & Warehouse Associates to join their operations team.
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring materials, equipment, and products move through the facility safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP requirements. You will support manufacturing teams by managing inventory, coordinating material flows, and maintaining accurate documentation within a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform goods receipt, labelling, storage, inventory control, and stock management activities.
- Handle material staging, transport, restocking, and supply support for manufacturing operations.
- Process incoming materials and ensure accurate inventory tracking within GMP systems.
- Support final product packing, shipment preparation, and distribution activities in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements.
- Complete and review GMP documentation, inventory records, and operational logs accurately and on time.
- Use systems such as SAP and other inventory management tools to support daily operations.
- Operate and maintain warehouse and logistics equipment in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while identifying and reporting deviations, quality concerns, or safety issues.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Supply Chain, and other operational teams.
Requirements
- Technical, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, scientific, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food production, or another regulated environment.
- Experience working according to SOPs and quality procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and follow established procedures.
- Good communication skills and fluent English.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Shift Pattern
The site operates a rotating shift schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Shift allowances apply.
