GMP Logistics Associate — Warehouse & Compliance

Job summary

Lonza Netherlands is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Associate to handle goods receipt, labeling, storage, and inventory management within a validated SAP system, contributing to a compliant supply chain. You will manage incoming patient materials, final product packing, and shipments in accordance with GMP and GDP, while maintaining clean, safe work areas and reporting deviations.

This on-site role operates on a rotating days/nights/weekends schedule and offers opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Technical education or equivalent experience, preferably with a background in science or logistics.
• Entry-level experience (0-4 years) in manufacturing, science, logistics, or a related environment.
• Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach with a commitment to safety, quality and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Goods receipt, labeling, storage and general inventory management within SAP.
• Incoming patient material handling and receipt (Apheresis/Leukopak/etc.) and ensuring accurate record of chain of identity.
• Final product packing and shipping activities and samples shipments following GMP.
• Completion and review of GMP documentation ensuring accuracy.
• Use of GMP systems daily to complete activities.
• Use and maintenance of equipment such as large gas supplies, lift trucks and dry shippers.
• Work with a dynamic site with opportunities for cross functional activities.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas while reporting deviations or safety issues.
