Job summary

Signify in Eindhoven is seeking a logistics-focused professional to bridge the Customer Fulfillment Hub, Sales, and the customer’s logistics team. You will coordinate communications, optimize logistics operations, and ensure service levels and cost targets align with customer expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or IT, at least 3 years in operations or global distribution, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, customer order processes, global distribution, finance, or IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Bridges the Customer Fulfillment Hub, Sales, and the customer's logistics department to coordinate logistics operations.
• Drives logistics improvements to meet quality, sustainability, and cost targets and monitors performance indicators.
• Establishes relationships with key customers to foster collaboration on logistics processes.
• Manages customer logistics contractual requirements, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Defines and implements the Logistics Customer Service Offer and SLAs for Signify.
• Communicates the logistics offer internally and externally and identifies cost-saving opportunities.

More About The Role

Bridges the respective Customer Fulfillment Hub, the Sales organization, and the Customer's logistics department. Facilitates communication and coordination to optimize logistics operations and meet strategic goals.

• Drives Logistics improvements on customer level to ensure quality, sustainability, and cost targets are met, taking into account Customer NPS O&D metrics and performance indicators.
• Establishes a logistics-to-logistics relationship with key (Retail & Professional) customers to foster collaboration and mutual understanding of logistics processes.
• Serves as the contact point for our sales organization to manage Customer logistics contractual requirements, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Defines, formalizes, implements, maintains, and monitors execution of the Logistics Customer Service Offer and Service Level Agreements of Signify, addressing key logistics components.
• Communicates and creates awareness of our Logistical customer service offer, internally and externally.
• Understands customer requirements towards DC and related systems, elaborates solutions and associated costs within CFH.
• Identifies improvement opportunities on cost, quality, and service, and defines a project pipeline.
• Drives implementation of customer-specific improvements in alignment with customers, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Represents logistics in Customer performance reviews.

More About You

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, customer order processes, global distribution, finance, or IT systems
• Analytical mindset, digital proficiency, strategic thinking, strong communication, and negotiation skills
• Collaborative approach with internal/external stakeholders and customer-centric attitude
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluency in Dutch/English
