GrowWise is a research facility at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. You will support trials, maintain labs and assist with data collection, benefiting from hands-on experience in lighting, irrigation and climate systems while collaborating with internship students.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Languages: Dutch and/or English at least B2 level.
• Familiar with crop cultivation or clearly interested in it.
• Hands-on, reliable, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep grow rooms, labs, and sowing rooms clean and representative.
• Support trial execution: cleaning, sowing, transplanting, harvesting, lab work, data recording and basic analysis.
• Perform small maintenance on lighting, irrigation and climate machinery, repair and calibration tasks.

More About The Role

Horticulture LED solutions is a global leader in LED lighting for horticulture, both for greenhouses and cultivation without daylight.

We are currently looking for a General Sales Support to support the operations of our GrowWise Research Center.

GrowWise is a research facility on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven with multiple rooms for indoor growing. Here, we investigate new lighting solutions and support our customers with all aspects of cultivating without daylight including lighting, temperature and irrigation.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• You keep the grow rooms, labs, and sowing rooms clean and representative.
• You support the execution of trials by: cleaning, sowing, transplanting, harvesting, lab work, crop maintenance, recording and basic analysis of data.
• You execute small maintenance works related to lighting, irrigation and climate machinery, repairs and calibrations of instruments and lighting installations.
• You support internship students with day to day operations of trials in GrowWise.
• You maintain nutrient stocks, stock solutions and consumables.

More About You

• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Languages: Dutch and/or English at at least B2 level
• Familiar with (or clear interested in) crop cultivation
• Hands-on, Reliable, Attention to detail
