Job summary

Telespazio Belgium is seeking a Local Manager - HR Administration, Learning & Development to lead HR operations for the Netherlands and Czech Republic, ensure compliance with local labour laws, and standardize HR processes in collaboration with the Head of People & Organisation.

You will drive learning initiatives, manage onboarding, performance coaching, and reporting dashboards, while leading a small HR team in a Pan-European context and partnering with managers across countries to attract and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Dutch employment law, employee lifecycle processes, and absence management.
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee HR administration and compliance for the Netherlands and Czech Republic.
Develop and implement talent development strategies and onboarding programs.
Manage performance management and coaching; support managers with reviews and objectives.
Identify training needs and propose targeted solutions (internal or external).
Lead HR projects, standardize processes, and monitor progress across countries.
Create KPI reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
