Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking a Lifecycle Email Manager to own email and lifecycle communication across the customer journey from signup to reactivation. You will design and optimize automated flows, triggers, and segments to drive activation, engagement and retention, collaborating with Product Marketing, Growth and the Creative Studio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lifecycle, CRM, email marketing or similar roles.
• Experience building automated lifecycle journeys and behavioral campaigns.
• Proficiency with modern email/CRM platforms and deliverability basics.
• Strong segmentation, triggers and user-journey thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken English; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and email strategy across activation, conversion, retention and reactivation.
• Build automated journeys and onboarding flows based on user behavior.
• Identify triggers and segments to drive activation and retention.
• Develop high-performing copy, collaborate with design and creative teams.
• Run structured experiments and report on incremental impact.
