Operational and Strategic Manager at Honeybalm 🐝

CRM & Email Marketing Specialist

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary range: €3,250–€4,000 per month

Honeybalm is a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand. We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist who will take full ownership of our email marketing and CRM performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimising campaigns, improving automated customer journeys, and ensuring our CRM setup drives measurable results across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise automated customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Plan and execute newsletters, product launches, and seasonal campaign flows
• Segment audiences using behavioural and transactional data to deliver personalised messaging
• Run A/B tests on copy, visuals, timing, and segmentation
• Monitor performance across open rates, CTR, conversions, and repeat purchase behaviour
• Translate insights into experiments and continuous optimisation
• Maintain a clean and structured CRM database and ensure GDPR compliance
• Work with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Figma, and Notion
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand voice

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
• Strong experience with audience segmentation, testing, and optimisation
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo is required
• Analytical mindset with an eye for copy and design
• Proactive, organised, and performance‑driven
