About Creative Fabrica
Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production.
Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours.
Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch.
About the role:
Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products used by a large and rapidly growing audience. As we acquire more users, one of our biggest opportunities is making sure they discover the right products, experience value quickly, come back regularly and understand everything they can do with the platform. Email and lifecycle communication will play a major role in this: we want to move beyond basic newsletters and isolated campaigns toward a highly personalized, automated lifecycle engine driven by user behavior and continuous experimentation.
This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.
What you will do:
- Own the lifecycle strategy - take charge of Creative Fabrica's email and lifecycle strategy across activation, conversion, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Build automated journeys - create and continuously improve lifecycle flows based on user behavior and lifecycle stage, including onboarding journeys that help new users experience value fast
- Trigger on behavior - identify the key actions that predict activation, conversion and retention, and build behavioral triggers around what users have or have not done inside the product
- Win users back - create retention and re-engagement flows for users whose activity starts declining, and win-back campaigns for inactive and churned users
- Segment smartly - segment users based on behavior, interests, subscription status, engagement and other signals, and work with Product Marketing to bring new products and launches to the right segments
- Write copy that converts - develop email concepts, subject lines, messaging and calls to action, partnering with our Graphic Designer and creative team when campaigns need extra assets
- Experiment relentlessly - maintain a high experimentation velocity across subject lines, messaging, offers, timing, frequency, segmentation and journeys, running structured A/B tests and building on the results
- Protect email health - monitor deliverability, sender reputation and spam complaints, and keep communication frequency effective without damaging the customer experience
- Prove and scale the impact - analyze user behavior and campaign performance to find new opportunities, build reporting that shows incremental business impact, and document winning journeys so lifecycle marketing becomes systematic and scalable
What you will need:
- 2+ years in lifecycle marketing - professional experience in lifecycle, CRM, email marketing, retention or a similar role, with hands-on experience building automated lifecycle journeys and behavioral campaigns
- Platform fluency - experience with modern email/CRM platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar, plus a good understanding of deliverability and sender reputation
- Journey thinking - a strong grasp of segmentation, triggers, user journeys and lifecycle stages, and of activation, conversion, retention, churn and reactivation metrics
- Conversion copywriting - strong, concise, conversion-oriented writing and excellent written and spoken English
- Analytical, data-driven decisions - experience running A/B tests and structured experiments, working with product and behavioral data, and being comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets and analytics tools
- End-to-end ownership - able to independently take an opportunity from analysis through campaign creation, launch and evaluation, and accountable
