Job summary

Ohpen, a cloud-native fintech company in Amsterdam, seeks a Business Analyst who understands the Dutch consumer lending market and loves connecting business needs with technology. You will help clients modernize lending operations using our cloud-based Lending Platform.

You’ll collaborate with prospective and existing clients across the Netherlands, lead workshops, and work with Product, Engineering and Configuration teams to shape practical solutions. Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• You are a strong communicator who explains complex topics clearly.
• You have 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar client-facing role.
• You are comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and platform demonstrations translating requirements into solutions.
• Understand clients' lending products, processes, and IT landscape.
• Support RFI and RFP processes with detailed responses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Configuration teams to shape solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve and extend the platform based on client needs.
• Bridge business and technology to help clients achieve goals.
