Job summary

Ohpen is seeking a Business Analyst for the Dutch consumer lending market to connect business needs with our cloud-native Lending Platform. You’ll work with prospective and existing clients across the Netherlands, understanding lending products, processes and technology landscapes, and help shape solutions that modernize lending operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar client-facing role in a B2B environment.
• Solid understanding of the Dutch consumer lending market, products, processes and challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to lead workshops and explain complex topics clearly.
• Comfort discussing APIs, system integrations and IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, deep dives and platform demonstrations, translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Understand clients' lending products, processes and IT architecture to align Ohpen's platform accordingly.
• Support RFI/RFP processes with detailed responses and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Configuration Implementations teams to explore technical possibilities and shape solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve and extend the platform based on client needs and market developments.
• Bridge between business and technology, helping clients understand possibilities and timelines.
