Job summary

Ohpen in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Business Analyst with deep Dutch mortgage market knowledge and a strategic IT mindset. You will bridge business needs with our cloud-based SaaS platform, shaping client journeys and core banking implementations.

Translate complex client requirements into practical features, lead cross-functional teams, and provide trusted advisory support to clients and internal stakeholders. Fluent Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Dutch mortgage market.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technology-driven environment.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services, with a strong focus on mortgages.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Ability to translate client needs into practical, technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and results.
