Translate complex client requirements into practical features, lead cross-functional teams, and provide trusted advisory support to clients and internal stakeholders. Fluent Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in the Dutch mortgage market.
Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technology-driven environment.
In-depth knowledge of financial services, with a strong focus on mortgages.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Ability to translate client needs into practical, technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and results.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them get the most out of our SaaS solution.
Translate complex client needs into smart, scalable technical solutions.
Lead system and process implementations and provide strategic advice on mortgage and financial products.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver client-specific solutions.
