Rituals is offering an internship in Retail Operations & Training at our Amsterdam head office. You’ll support the Global Retail strategy across Retail, Marketing and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder management and data analysis.

Flexibility is encouraged as you handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You must be actively enrolled for the full duration of the internship, with 32–40 hours per week starting 1 February 2027 for six

• Enrolled in HBO/WO program for full duration
• Excellent communication in English
• Pro-active, independent, inquisitive and solution‑oriented
• Good planning, organization, and multitasking skills
• Able to use MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsabilités

• Assist planning and coordination of global Retail initiatives through the Commercial Cycle.
• Contribute to global Retail projects, such as Holiday Season.
• Support the Mystery Shopper programme by analysing results, coordinating requests, and creating reports and visualisations to help markets identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

What You’ll Do

• Assist the planning and coordination of global Retail initiatives through the Commercial Cycle, helping stores worldwide prepare for key commercial moments.
• Contribute to global Retail projects, such as Holiday Season
• Support the Mystery Shopper programme by analysing results, coordinating requests, and creating reports and visualisations to help markets identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

The internship is located in Amsterdam, at our Central Head Office. We are looking for an intern for 32-40 hours a week, from the 1st of February 2027 for 6 months.

• Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/ Business Administration/Hotel Management/ Marketing/Branding/ Economics and other.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• You are pro‑active, independent, inquisitive and solution‑oriented
• Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
• You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
