The Rijnlands Lyceum Foundation in The Hague's international zone invites applications for a Learning Hub Coordinator to lead the new Learning Hub, a student-centred space supporting inquiry, creativity, wellbeing and cross-curricular learning. The role involves coordinating school-wide events, collaborating with departments and the library, and ensuring smooth daily operation.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification or equivalent education certificates.
• Experience with students aged 11–18.
• Experience in international or intercultural education.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to design engaging, inquiry-based activities.
• Proactive, student-centered mindset.
• Living in the Netherlands with valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school-wide events and collaborative curricular projects.
• Collaborate with departments to design cross-curricular activities.
• Work with the library on joint activities and displays.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of the Learning Hub with timetabler and cover staff.
• Promote student agency and inquiry-based learning for S1–S2.
• Monitor student wellbeing and provide a safe space.
• Supervise Learning Hub activities, lessons, events, and competitions.
• Maintain incident records and activity calendars.
