Job summary

Join L'Oréal's HR team in Hoofddorp for a 6-month, paid internship starting February 2027. You will support Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, designing sourcing strategies, coordinating onboarding, and driving employee growth alongside the Benelux HR managers.

Ideal candidates are final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s students fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with strong relationship-building, project management, and a collaborative mindset.
