Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. invites an ICT Service Centre Intern to join our global IT team in Veghel.

As the first point of contact for colleagues worldwide, you’ll handle incidents from hardware to Windows and automation, delivering practical solutions in a dynamic environment. During a 6-month internship starting February 2026 you’ll work with IT professionals, gain hands-on experience with Office 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, and TOPdesk, and contribute to improving IT support for

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.
• Experience with TOPdesk is a plus.
• Dutch and English language proficiency required.
• Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• You work within the IT department, supporting both national and international colleagues during regular office hours
• You analyze and resolve requests and incidents
• If you are unable to solve a ticket immediately, you ensure the further coordination with other departments and make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible
• You support a wide range of applications and office automation
