Responsabilités

• Gain insight into how service desk teams learn and share knowledge within a 24/7 shift environment.
• Analyze what employees need in complex operational situations and translate this into key competencies and learning needs.
• Design a modern learning concept (such as microlearning, social learning, or learning-on-the-job).
• Develop and test a pilot learning program with service desk engineers and team leads.
• Evaluate the impact of the pilot program and advise on how to scale the solution globally.
