Job summary

Vanderlande invites an Intern to design a unified, scalable planning solution for its global Distribution Service Desk in Veghel. You will analyze requirements from stakeholders worldwide, research architectures, build a functional PoC, and validate it with end users.

This internship offers real ownership, cross-functional teamwork, and exposure to high-availability service operations. Start February 2027 for 6 months, with a Dutch education enrolment and Netherlands residency as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in Dutch Education System is mandatory and resident of The Netherlands.
• Fluency in English is required for stakeholder communication.
• Strong affinity with process optimization and software design.

Responsibilities

• Map current planning processes across teams and gather global requirements.
• Design a future-proof solution architecture.
• Develop a functional proof of concept demonstrating key workflows and UIs.
• Validate prototype with end users and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare documentation and recommendations for full implementation.
